Vention tackles the future of generative AI at AWS Generative AI Solutions LaunchPad
At the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Generative AI Solutions LaunchPad, hosted at its AWS London office, Vention's very own CTO, Glyn Roberts, and Engagement Manager, Jamie French, were honoured to join the first UK version of this innovative event, diving into meaningful discussions about generative artificial intelligence.
The event was a gateway to creativity, ingenuity, and honing problem-solving skills. It assembled a community eager to explore the frontiers of generative AI, offering a day packed with detailed presentations and interactive Q&A sessions led by the AWS Solution Architect team. The goal? To facilitate the swift development of proof of concepts (PoCs) and full-fledged engineering solutions, supported by weekly check-ins following the event.
The gathering welcomed a broad spectrum of participants — from AI enthusiasts to seasoned professionals and executives — who received hands-on training and feedback from AWS and its partners like Stability AI, Anthropic, and System Integrators. The participants received valuable insights on how to accelerate project development, build a minimal viable product (MVP), and had the opportunity to network strategically with peers and experts in the industry.
