If a team member is not meeting expectations, the process begins with detailed feedback and a performance evaluation. The underperforming staff member may be given an opportunity to improve through clear performance goals, additional training, and regular check-ins.

If the improvement plan doesn’t bring the expected results or immediate action is needed, the replacement process is initiated — similar to the initial staffing process.
