“The engineering pool size and quality at Vention stood out as substantially above their competitors when speaking to the company and some of the engineers - which was then underpinned once we started working with them. Despite a very tough and immovable timeline, the Nuxt.js project was delivered bang on time and with fantastic results. They deliver strong code quality, high test coverage, and brilliant architectural design.”

“What impressed me most is very responsive, very high quality people. Team members provided have integrated seamlessly with our team and worked well. We've been able to add extra resource where it's needed within a week or so, and ramp them down when done. The account management has been great. Proactively seeking out any issues to be addressed…”

Founder & Senior Partner at Ramp Catalyst

“We worked on leading-edge voice agent technology. They recently built an AI agent with Ph.D.-level research and development skills; the result was a breakthrough for that industry. The quality of their engineers is phenomenal. Their skill sets helped us secure important cutting-edge industry work. We may be selling a start-up that we built with them. We’re expecting a 10x ROI if the sale goes through, which is significant for the minimal resources we put into it.”

FAQs: Nothing unexpected, except how easy we make things

How much does it cost to work with Vention?

Each project is scoped individually, with clear and transparent costs based on your goals, delivery timeline, and technology needs. Pricing is agreed upfront, with no hidden fees along the way.

To get started, you can use our free project price calculator, and one of our UK specialists will be in touch shortly.

How long will it take to develop my product?

For most projects, we can move from kickoff to MVP within three to six months. Timelines vary depending on complexity. Larger, enterprise-scale solutions, especially those with multiple integrations or advanced security and compliance requirements, may take longer to implement.

But rest assured, our agile processes ensure a steady, measurable progress from the very first meeting.

How quickly can you start my project?

We usually kick off our projects within two weeks of contract signing. Our engineers are located in Central and Eastern Europe (including Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, and Slovakia), which ensures minimal time differences with our UK clients and allows us to build teams fast, without compromising on quality.

What technologies do you work with?

Vention engineers have expertise in all major technologies on the market today, from Java and Node.js to React, Python, and Go. Our teams are equally expert in modern AI tools to support AI-driven projects, as well as in data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems to support traditional software development and modernisation projects.

How do you ensure smooth integration with existing workflows?

We adapt to your existing tools, processes, and ways of working. From communication and development practices to delivery rhythms, we integrate seamlessly and align closely with your teams.

What if we need to scale our team up or down?

Our engagement models are built to be flexible. You can scale the team up or down as needed, whether you are preparing for a major release or optimising after delivery. We adjust quickly to support what you need, when you need it.

How do you maintain code quality? Will we retain full IP ownership?

We follow proven code quality practices, including regular code reviews, strong unit test coverage, and automated testing. At the start of our cooperation, we sign NDAs and IP ownership agreements. All source code and deliverables remain fully yours.

How do you ensure compliance with UK GDPR and data protection requirements?

Final compliance decisions remain with our UK clients, but our role as a technology partner is to help ensure the software we’ve built effectively supports these regulatory requirements.

We work closely with your compliance or security teams to support GDPR-related activities, including data flow mapping, design and implementation of access controls, audit readiness, and documentation preparation. We also deliver software with data protection requirements in mind, following privacy-by-design principles and secure data-handling practices.
