Project description
To help them build, refine, and scale their platform, all Kids Academy had to do was find a seasoned development partner — and Vention turned out to be a perfect fit. From day one, our engineers were an integral part of the company’s in-house team, seamlessly addressing all aspects of a multipurpose cross-platform app in development — from implementing neural network algorithms to optimising AWS product performance.
Perhaps most importantly, thanks to our highly-resilient architecture, the platform would go on to easily handle unprecedented surges in traffic throughout the pandemic.
With the app complete, the team graduated to building an all-in-one web solution from scratch. Milestones at this stage included the development of AI-powered interactive worksheets and implementation of a unique analytics system powered by Microsoft Power BI, able to produce actionable insights from data.
Over the course of the project, our engineering team scaled from just five to 35 experts in all things backend, frontend, and QA, significantly adding to the capabilities of Kids Academy’s 13 in-house developers.
The result
In partnership with Vention, Kids Academy went on to successfully deliver 5,000+ learning games, videos, and other learning activities used by more than 20 million kids and their parents worldwide.
We also integrated Google Classroom, which helped teachers cut down lesson planning by almost 30 percent, track students' performance, and bridge learning gaps faster.
