vehicles managed with our solutions
Project description
motum noticed that vehicle claims and maintenance management could be a bumpy road: Many organisations still relied on manual and paper-based processes, resulting in missed appointments and increased repair time. To address the challenge, the company introduced a platform that digitises and automates the entire workflow. And when the solution's popularity began to rapidly grow, motum partnered with Vention to scale their technology.
As motum's previous vendor couldn’t provide the right talent fast, three of our QA engineers jumped in immediately to update the company’s testing processes, which allowed the client to better track the product’s ever-growing functionality and reduce release cycle time.
In parallel, the software development sub-team assisted with adding new functionality to the product — including image upload, automated notification of insurance companies, and integration with an AI-powered car damage detection service.
Most recently, we started refining the UI/UX of the company’s digital solution in order to redesign existing application flows and elaborate new ones to improve usability and user experience.
The result
Our work together has turned motum's signature digital solution into a growth engine that allowed the company to better manage 8,000+ vehicles and tens of thousands of claims, as well as provide their growing customer base with realistic timelines and price calculations.
Today, we continue adding new features for motum so that they're better positioned to win the race for customer loyalty and engagement.
