Aleksej also operates as a Business Analyst, with fluency in the challenges facing various industries. He prioritizes timely delivery of high-quality services that align with business needs and exceed client expectations.

Starting his career as a Salesforce Developer at JET BI, he quickly rose to the role of a senior Salesforce developer, thanks to his exceptional leadership and project management skills, along with extensive experience in architectural design and team management. His journey of professional growth led him to Vention, where he embraced his role of a delivery manager.

With a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, he brings eight Salesforce certificates and a master's degree in information technologies and technical science to his work.
