For more than 20 years, Vention has helped visionary companies turn bold ideas into top-tier software created for the real world. International Invention Day reflects the same spirit of innovation that guides us year-round: constantly testing new thinking, building what others hesitate to attempt, and making it last.
On May 16, 2026, we marked the third annual International Invention Day by doing what we do best: putting real engineering behind promising concepts. The In:Vention Incubator returned, and that year we expanded it with the Transformation Lab for teams with more mature products ready to scale but in need of the right technical push.
AngelQ: an AI-powered browser for kids
AngelQ won Vention's 2025 Invention Day and $150K in development support through the In:Vention Incubator. Three months later, the platform was ready for its first school deployment: more reliable, faster to release, and with audio files up to 10x smaller.
Vention worked across backend, mobile, AI, and DevOps to modernize the core infrastructure, tighten up the iOS and iPadOS experience, and build the user management needed to support schools alongside AngelQ's existing consumer product. Releases went from manual to automated, and the platform went from consumer-ready to institution-ready.
