Alex is a seasoned technology leader with over 17 years of experience in the software industry, including nine years as a hands-on engineer and eight years in engineering management across multiple teams and project scales. As a department manager at Vention, he leads several development teams and technical initiatives, with a focus on delivery excellence, engineering culture, and mentorship.
With a strong .NET foundation, Alex blends architectural depth and team leadership to deliver complex, scalable software products. His experience covers fintech, logistics, ecommerce, HR tech, and education, where he’s built solutions with high availability, solid CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure.
He’s also a key driver of organizational improvement. He introduced new delivery processes, improved hiring pipelines, and mentored team leads and engineers to elevate performance and autonomy. Alex’s efforts resulted in significant gains in project stability, engineer satisfaction, and long-term client retention.
