Before joining Vention, Anna built her career at renowned digital agencies, launching award-winning solutions and innovation initiatives for clients such as the Bank of England, Pfizer, Visa, and Tesco.
Known for her strategic mindset and operational focus, Anna transformed how large-scale digital organizations drive team effectiveness and efficiency through innovative processes. She developed a global resource management framework that enabled over 50 cross-partner collaborations in a single year, fundamentally changing how teams work together and boosting delivery performance, revenue, and client satisfaction.
At Vention, Anna brings this entrepreneurial mindset and operational excellence to ensure commercial success. She led the complete establishment of the company's UK presence, overseeing everything from website development and marketing strategy to talent acquisition, sales strategy development, and revenue generation. As a result, the operation grew from zero to $30M in just four years.
Currently, Anna is spearheading Vention's global expansion by building an AI-first sales team designed to revolutionize client engagement and scale operations to $250M in revenue. Today, she continues to guide Vention's sales strategy, mentor rising leaders, and support early-stage founders as a startup advisor and angel investor, with a particular focus on female-led tech companies.
