Paul Lunow

Paul’s career in technology spans over two decades, covering a broad spectrum of roles from founder and full-stack engineer to CTO. He launched his first literature platform while still in school, setting the tone for a path shaped by hands-on engineering and thoughtful leadership. In early 2025, he also published his first novel, reflecting his ability to bridge creativity with technology.

As CTO of Digital Solutions at Vention in the DACH region, Paul drives the development of technology strategies, oversees architectural decision-making, and ensures that software projects are delivered with efficiency, security, and long-term scalability. He combines deep technical knowledge with proven leadership, enabling organizations to successfully execute digital transformation initiatives. His focus areas include establishing clear structures, building sustainable strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation.
