New York, June 10, 2025 — Vention, a global provider of custom software development services, today announced the appointment of Anna Martynenka as its new Vice President of Business Development. Based at the company’s New York City headquarters, Anna will lead Vention’s global sales strategy, building on her success in launching and scaling UK operations.
With deep expertise in fintech and healthtech, Vention has become a strategic partner to enterprises and innovators driving digital transformation. Under Anna’s leadership, the company will continue to deepen its presence in these sectors while expanding into industries that need modernization and support for next-generation innovation.

As Vice President of Business Development, Anna will oversee growth across Vention’s core markets — DACH, the UK, and the US — while also driving expansion into high-opportunity verticals. Her priorities include:
- Expanding Vention’s enterprise portfolio with a focus on IPO-stage and high-growth companies
- Positioning Vention as a trusted advisor in AI adoption, with an emphasis on compliance, security, and ROI
- Deepening the company’s capabilities in AI, AR/VR, cloud transformation, and custom software development
- Launching Sales 2.0: a global initiative focused on proactive engagement, KPI alignment, and building a scalable, self-sufficient sales organization.
“Vention’s growth is built on engineering peace of mind — delivering innovative solutions while staying rooted in trust and reliability. I’m focused on scaling our impact across markets that are ready to modernize — and supporting visionaries who are building what’s next.”
Previously, Anna served as Managing Director of Vention UK, where she led market entry and scaled operations from the ground up to over $25M in revenue within four years. Her leadership during a period of global disruption earned the company recognition from the Globee Disruptor Awards, National Technology Awards, UK Business Tech Awards, and the UK IT Industry Awards, among others.
Anna is also recognized as a champion of women in tech, mentoring through global communities such as Founders Social and Ladies Who Tech. Her appointment marks a pivotal step in Vention’s global strategy to align world-class engineering with client-driven transformation and help businesses scale with clarity, confidence, and impact.
