Vention appoints Mikhail Linnik as Vice President of Software Engineering

In this newly created role, Mikhail will lead the evolution of Vention’s global delivery organization, which spans more than 10 international engineering hubs. He will drive cross-border collaboration, deepen technical and domain specialization, and scale delivery capabilities to meet the complex, fast-changing needs of enterprise and growth-stage clients.

He began his career as a C++ and Java engineer before moving into leadership roles spanning software delivery, client success, and organizational transformation.
