A full-fledged solution in just 9 months
Referred by a former Vention client, Boomin engaged us to operationalize their business plan and assist with building the product; efforts were organised through several workstreams, including discovery, solution design, and web development.
Once we had conducted extensive analysis of the proposed solution and built out a user journey, our designers stepped in to develop a personalised, intuitive interface, able to adapt to the changing demands of buyers, sellers, and agents.
The scope of development-related tasks included creating a secure authorisation system and streamlining request monitoring, unit testing, and more. We also leveraged microservices to deliver scalable, cost-effective, and resilient cloud-based architecture.
Thanks to Vention’s support, Boomin officially launched to the public in April 2021 and sent agents thousands of valuations within the first two months.
What was meant to be a short-term engagement turned into a longer partnership. Our team continued to enhance the experience of their customers through additional functionality for more than two years post launch.
