Oksana currently oversees a dynamic team of over 100 QA engineers. Her project management experience spans across various prestigious clients, including ClassPass and Merkle, for whom she led and delivered highly impactful projects.
With a strong foundation in the tech realm, Oksana embarked on her journey by attaining a degree in IT management and radioelectronics, which equipped her with a unique combination of technical acumen and management prowess.
Throughout her career, Oksana has continuously sought greater challenges and responsibilities, leading her to transition from a team lead to a QA director. She has excelled in pivotal roles as a QA manager and delivery manager, showcasing her exceptional leadership capabilities.
