Project description

Wowed by the solution we helped build, ListenLoop's largest client, demand acceleration platform Integrate, decided to acquire them as a way to diversify their market offering.

In no time, Integrate reengaged our team to better meet the ramping expectations of their client base, a prolific list that includes Salesforce, Rackspace, and Red Hat.

We started by modernizing Integrate’s core services using a cloud-first approach; next, we migrated the ListenLoop app from Ruby on Rails to Golang, incorporating AWS services and Kubernetes technology for faster search performance. To personalize the user experience, we developed a custom analytics module and an auto-adjust feature to tailor content to the specific client.

From there, we expanded our scope to another Integrate sub-brand, Akkroo, assisting with a range of tasks including queue handling optimization, and authorization and authentication between applications.

The result

With our help, Integrate successfully implemented critical software systems that enable them to operate with greater efficiency. As a result, their powerful software is now able to process more than eight million lead records and scale customers’ pipelines by 600+ percent — signaling a ten-fold increase in ROI.
