Otolift launched their first stairlift back in 1968, and ever since then, the company has been committed to elevating human capabilities through groundbreaking products. Having grown into a global market leader, the forward-thinking enterprise realized their existing Salesforce system was holding them back from realizing the full breadth of CRM innovation. Impressed by our work across other Salesforce projects, Otolift partnered with Vention to lift solution performance and resilience for years to come.
Our team also suggested implementing Salesforce’s built-in inventory management functionality to help Otolift use their warehouse scanning solution more effectively. Next, we arranged comprehensive user training for the company’s Salesforce administrators, resulting in improved CRM adoption.
Finally, we automated a generation’s worth of service contracts using predefined templates, which saved the client countless hours of manual data input.
