Project description

By combining a 360-degree view of patients with multidisciplinary medical teams, support systems, and unbiased second opinions, Alight helps patients and their families make the most informed healthcare decisions they can.

In 2019, the company realized their Salesforce system was hindering strategic business decisions and turned to Vention for advice on how to improve workflows and pipelines.

During our partnership, we migrated and merged customer data from their legacy system into a flexible architecture to streamline operations; automated CRM workflows across Salesforce Clouds; tracked KPIs with a new reporting module; built a mobile application for on-site events; and solved for data inconsistency with an Azure Data Lake.

Our technical solutions ensured Alight could process hundreds of files and millions of records per day, helping them keep pace during the COVID-19 pandemic; subsequently, they were recognized for telehealth innovation at the 2021 MedTech Breakthroughs Award Program.

The result

What’s more, our engineers developed a robust customer portal and a web app using .NET and Vue.js for smooth data synchronization.

More recently, ConsumerMedical was acquired by Alight — a leading provider of human capital solutions — in order to power corporate benefits for companies nationwide.
