Olga has been working at Vention for four years now. Throughout this time, her career has undergone significant growth and evolution. She joined as an HR manager and quickly became an HR team manager. As a further step – she was promoted to group manager and after moving to Lithuania, she became head of HR. In her current role she leads initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement, developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and aligning HR functions with the company's goals and objectives.
Her expertise lies in optimizing the employee experience and fostering a harmonious work environment.
She has a degree in Human Resources Management and a Diploma in Hotel/Tourism management.
She started her career in the Hospitality and Travel services sphere in London. Working in customer service field for eight years helped Olga to develop the skill of socializing with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures and nationalities, and to significantly enhance her communication skills.
Olga’s HR career started six years ago when she secured a position as HR specialist in an international company. Over two years, she learned all the ins and outs of HR, including recruitment, events, communication, and leading different projects.
