ready-to-set-up solutions delivered
months from proof of concept to a live product
Our engineers never miss the new tech on the block, so one of the local teams recently set its eyes on blockchain and distributed ledger technology. In just over a year, the team participated in several production-level projects, led two internal initiatives, and launched a blockchain course for Vention employees globally. It comes as no surprise that the hard work of these blockchain enthusiasts earned them an invitation to the internal Crypto Challenge — a cooperative competition among teams from our global delivery hubs.
What makes the solution stand out? An autonomous application that seamlessly communicates with the existing corporate systems, which results in a faster development cycle and significant cost savings.
The team also delivered an intuitive and robust user interface to better engage and retain users. At the final stage, it integrated the solution with the cryptocurrency-based merchandise store and NFT exchange platform developed by a fellow squad; this resulted in a more feature-rich and dynamic user experience.
In just three months, the team developed and launched an innovative employee rewards solution that enabled the company to better attract, grow, reward, and retain top talent. Just as important, the competition encouraged Vention engineers to elevate their blockchain knowledge and pursue continuous development through mutual support and peer-to-peer learning.
In particular, we diversified the pool of our go-to blockchain technologies with Hyperledger, an open-source framework for enterprise-grade projects. The initiative has already yielded impressive results: enhanced customer retention, increased sales, and greater competitiveness in the industry.
