Impressed by our work across other Salesforce projects, Otolift partnered with Vention to lift solution performance and resilience for years to come.
Our team also suggested implementing Salesforce’s built-in inventory management functionality to help Otolift use its warehouse scanning solution more effectively. Next, we arranged comprehensive user training for the company’s Salesforce administrators, resulting in improved CRM adoption.
Finally, we automated a generation’s worth of service contracts using predefined templates, which saved the client countless hours of manual data input.
